We have workshops in Finnish language on Thursdays in Stockholm and we have chosen to use both, smart phones and tablets. Most of our smart phones are iPhones but we also have some Android..The purpose of these workshops is to learn the basic knowledge about using mobile devices in daily life, as sharing images and documents to the friends, to get information about travelling, to navigate with Google maps, buy tickets, banking with Swish, be active with social media etc. We have also open different kind of QR codes, had Siri as an assistant to send messages and mails, to call our friends with Facetime or Messenger. Next time we will go through entertainment; TV, podcast, magazines, how to borrow books from the library and where we can find our favorite music. We are using WhatsApp as a tool in our communication.
